Why do I some times get a different picture of you on different computers in the same day? Then go back to the previous computer the next day and get the previous picture?

try a ctrl - refresh (hold ctrl down while clicking refresh).. that might help more..
The photo isprobably in the cache of each machine you are using, and refresh is still using the cache (it does this!).. a hard refresh should work better
