You'll have to be more specific than that Shannon. How was your trip? What med combo are you on? NOT enough about you!! :) You sound so hopeful. I'm really glad and I'm hopeful for you.

I'm feeling crappy as you've probably read in an above thread. I'm stressed out and have no idea what to do about it. I've had the bubble bath, jacuzzi, read a good book, taken a walk, and even tried Noa's brushing technique (that felt good actually) but I'm still feeling the daily stress. there's nothing I can do about what's causing it but I have nontheless made a doc appt for next week to try to get some help with it.
Effexor just isn't cutting it.

I'm so glad you're back and I'm thrilled that you had a good time while away and came back in a good mood. We missed ya!
take care
T

Tina,

I am also on Effexor and it made me feel somewhat better, but, not enough. My pdoc added Wellbutrin to the mix and I think we are getting closer.

To prevent this post from going to the Med board, I will also that that a really good gut-wrenching cry also helps. If that doesn't work until next week's appointment, let me know. I have some pretty gross stories that are SO funny. They are funny because they are so true. But, nasty. Most are about bodily functions. (None are my own stories, by the way.)

JYL,

I agree with Tina. You do sound really motivated and healthier. What happened at your appointment before your vacation? What kind of help will you be getting on a weekly basis? Give us details, babe.

I am so glad you are back. I have a lot to catch up with you on. I will try to email tonight or tomorrow. :)

Hi jyl,
I'm doing OK. I'm seeing a therapist (2nd visit tomorrow) and am hoping for the best. I'll be put on some kind of med soon.
