i went out of the house today...
i did not buy any alcohol...
i did not get arrested or taken to the er in cuffs-lol...
i did not self distruct.back in the house..
back in my room..
just thought i would share something possitive?

Congratulations! It's a good thing to recognize when you've accomplished something great, even something as mundane as going out and coming back without everything falling apart. And telling others makes it more real - and maybe more do-able next time! Sort of like: "I did it once this week, maybe next week I'll go for twice!" (I've been there...)

I know how tough that can be sometimes. I went to school yesterday but got in trouble for being late to my first class. After class I told him (its an interpersonal communication class hehe) that if he only knew how hard it was for me to even handle being at school, he'd give me a A for the effort of showing up. I think he understood. (still marked me late though). Anyhoo congratulations!
