who knows how to pick up men?

Posted by Tabitha on March 7, 2003, at 2:23:25

I want some flirtation, fun, maybe even S-E-X. Shouldn't that be easy enough to find? I really want the cute video store clerk who's always extra nice to me, but how do I manage that? I can't just hit on him while he's checking out my rental.

Oh yes you can!! :-) See, guys have no problem with a woman, say, wispering something really naughty in their ear even in a public place. (Hey, that's even better!) Like, if I am on a crowded bus or subway, or elevator (take your fantasy pick), and some gal whispers to me ("Hey big boy, I wanna **** you like there is no tommorow"), well most of the male species will go for it no matter what!(Unless their sexuality only swings the other way, which is ok of course...) I have had a number of "intimate encounters" with woman just by taking out a personals ad. I myself admit I have been pretty much a male slut in the past, so I don't know if you want to take my advise ;-), but I think I am pretty much on the money with the behaviour take. Just remember...play SAFE!!!

p.s. you want my email addy??..:0 ..hehee..

> I did once read that If a man is attracted to you, say like in the street or something, he will look back and check you out, which is true it does happen! So maybe to tell if this guy does, when you leave the store, turn and give him the eye, then if you get eye contact from him, BINGO! as for the chatting up part, I have SP, so I'd have no idea how to do that :-)

Tabitha,

next time you rent, do it near the end of his shift. (this might require research e.g. stalking...lol) but I think chances are very good that if you offer to save the movie until he gets over after work that might help. =:)

Tabby,

Of COURSE you can ask him out when he's checking out your rental! Just quickly invite him out for a cup of coffee when his shift is over - people do this all the time (so I'm told...... I have no personal experience, mind you, heh heh)

Go for it baby, make him perspire a little...

Just pick up 9-1/2 weeks or some other suggestive movie and wink at him when you're checking out.

Tabby, I think youre such a hoot!!!

When I was into the dating thing a zillion years ago when I was single and BC(before children) my Mother always said that...

...desperate girls go to bars

...smart girls go to the library

...jock girls go to the gym

...nice girls go to church

Take your choice. I had some luck with them all.

As for just a"quickie', the bar or the gym might be easier than the church.
That way noone would know what you were going to Confession for.

I like the cheesy pick-up line idea.

I already thought of the stalking approach (picture me hanging out in the parking lot of blockbuster til closing time, oh, that's a very bad image).

I'm sure if I tried the winking he'd offer me a tissue to deal with that speck I must have in my eye.

In the famous words of one of my favorite PBS shows, "The Red Green Show"....

..if women cant find you handsome, they should better find you handy!.... LOL

I guess thats right up on the list of old sayings that 'children should be useful as well as ornamental'...

Shar really is funnier than I am. And it seems that I am the first to respond to posts (DSL), so everyone always misses my jokey ones until later.

Thanks for the star, though. I'll stick it to my Weight Watchers bookmark with the other stars I get for having a good attitude in spite of never losing weight! : )>

.......don't think that's true!

.......I think this is true, because it happens to me sometimes, too. I've also noticed that I think I'm a thread killer because I have a lot of last posts in threads.

.......even tho' it means Shar has to go starless, now...but, oh, no, don't worry about me! I'll be just fine....where's that Risperdal...?
