> YUCK

I agree with the Yuck comment.

I discovered Chinese Green Jasmine Tea at my local Chinese Supermarket.

I paid 5 bucks (Australian) for this HUGE bag and ended up with a 15 year supply of the stuff.

But it's definitely more yummy for your tummy than normal green tea and still has all the good antioxidant stuff in it. It's all I drink nowadays tea wise.

Don't be boring and drink ordinary green tea.....BE ADVENTUROUS...It's definitely jasmine tea for me...give it a try and report back with your findings

Good luck

Don't go for for the tea bag stuff.....You have to go for the REAL thing. REAL leaf tea where you have to spoon it into a tea infuser or into a teapot to brew. Like I said it's REALLy cheap that way as well!!!! But don't go to your normal supermarket...go to your local asian supermarket or shop.

Tea infusers are cheap. Just little hand held devices that clips open...you put the leaves in...close it and then stick in into your tea cup to brew.

OH....don't forget to add to add boiling water otherwise it won't work :) :) (just in case you didn't know (HaHa)

warm regards

Bluedog~babe...

Think I may do that. I usually never do the instant thing--especially with coffee--filtered is best.
I remembered I had green tea a while ago and it made me sick-that was teabag.
I usually shop at asian places it's cheaper I try all sorts of things

Forgive my spelling, buuut I hate it, it tastes like mold to me. I don't like most herb teas so if its for health usually i let it get cold and then chug it down.

I found one I actually like though, I mean I really like it I don't just tolerate for three days and then let it go stale in my cupboard.

Its called Yogi brand Kombuchea Tea.
Kombuchea tea, is very good for you, digestion,
antioxidents, anti-inflammatory, some say its anti-cancer I know its great for a hangover too.
If I were you I would try it.
But I'm not you.
I'm just another freak
