Not in any wae a night yis likely to be seein ae auld friend, nae, noboddy wis out taenight, wis they?But then a 'rap tap tap' at thae dir, and who is it, soaked nape tae toe, thaen yir auld dear friend kid a, 'kid a', nae thats a wee funnay name fir anaeone, innit now? But believe me, if yae saw him, big brown eis, nowhaer look, jis a vagabond, yaed know what im talkin' aebout.
"What brings yae, this wae, ye auld radge?", I rasps aut in the cold rain. "Nauthun, mate." says the kid, "Nauthun, Just ae social calle".
"Well, come in then with yis, get yaeself outta thae cold n rain now, lis have us a bevvy."
"Nae," says thae kid, "Just caem ti say hello."
And he wis off, jis like that... And I couldn't see him in thae rain and wind. And I went back in, closed thae dir behind me, and set down by thae fyre... 'Whut an odd laed' I thought, and drifted off tae sleep, tae dream of ither things.

saw it, i wish, as far as i know, the dreamer is a magnificicant ghost in the machine, even when i went to search for it, it was gone! damn BT!wink (you could send me a picture!)
i had a dream that i had gotten off the tubestation at some wierd northern black line station and got out into some sort of yea olde english wilderness or something... it was like the goooge station w/ all the pictures of people having the plauge and what not, but real.
