Click the link at the bottom of the PSB page (it's not on the page where you're reading the post; you have to go back to the page with all the post titles on it). You'll go to Yahoo! and you will have to register. Just follow the instructions under "Join this Group."

I agree; it can be a daunting task which is absurd. I can't seem to get in, and while it e-mails new passwords and so on, it doesn't queue the steps very well at all.
