throws of death (well, not THAT bad)

Posted by paxvox2000 on April 7, 2002, at 12:51:59

Oh, well, guess I'll be back here as a "regular" again. Is that a good or a bad thing? I feel badly in one since, that when I was really feeling better that I wasn't here to share what had worked for me to benefit others. I could have proffered some salient tid-bits of hope that had pulled me up and out. Alas, I thought I no longer had a reason to be here, as I was "better".

I guess tis best to resign myself to the fact that I, like a drug addict, will always suffer from psychiatric problems. I may be better at times, but never "cured".

So, look for me again, and we can share the road together. Three strands together are not easily torn.

paxvox,
I'm glad you returned here....welcome. It is encouraging to me that someone has good enough days to take a break. I'm glad you did have good days; there are probably more on the horizon.

My dear friend,
Yes, you were missed. I appreciate the need expressed, or the opportunity taken, to take a respite from this forum. There are days and times when I cannot respond. Sometimes it is the post in general (yes, there are some people and topics I do not read) sometimes it is my day or week where I am overwhelmed. Sometimes, I am lazy. Sometimes I have the best intentions to write...like to you when I first saw your post...I wanted to think and craft a caring post. I even wrote it down in my calendar, but then I lost track. That happens, loosing track, being confused.

There is a process of what i am calling observation and resignation that i am going through...perhaps that is what you are talking about.

I also like to go to chat, as the conversation is usually light, and carefree. It has also been a place of real time support.

Welcome Back Paxvox. I will get out my dictionary again.

Your friend, where ever you are.

Thanks Mouse Woman! I'm really glad to hear from you. My email address has changed to my posting name @ sc.rr.com rather than aol, so if you wish to send personal mail, that's me! I tried to get on the chat the other night, and it would not get active, I really dislike that particular "host". Note to Dr. B, is there some way we can find some other EASIER to access chat?

Anywhoo Susan,

I guess we can share some emotes soon. I have really had some nice "highs" and some depressing lows. We can talk some night.

Take care,

PAX a.k.a Bill

Hi My Dear Scholar,

Yes, Long Discussions Have Been Held About Yahoo Evils. Dr Dash Bob Does Not Really Have Anything To Do With It, And We Have Looked For Alternatives, However, The Delight Of Smilies Keeps Drawing Participants Back. There Are Some Options With Yahoo Messanger, As Posters Can Set Up Private Messages and Conferences If You Have The Current Version...AHHHH the Evils Of The Electronic Masterminds. Sometimes It Wont Let YOu In, And Sometimes When You Are There YOu Have To Keep Hitting The Arrow Key, To Re Enter YOur Post. Nothing is Ever Perfect, Eh?
