Dear Julie,
Definitely go for the Chinese.
*Always* remember -- you can always commit suicide tomorrow, and that is an excellent reason not to do it today.
Get something that you really enjoy -- treat yourself. (For me, that would mean shrimp toast or Dim Sum, something like that.) Quite possibly having a full tummy will make you feel better, too.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time today. I must admit all I have done myself today is sleep. Gee, the whole pre-holiday thing is so hard; and then the holiday itself is so tough; and now the post-holiday convalescence turns out to be a b*tch too!)
But let us go forward. And first, dinner!

Hey Julie,
I don't know if this will help, but I know how you feel. One night last week I spent most of the wee hours dry heaving and lying on the bathroom floor willing myself to die...then when morning came, I just had no clue how I'd get up off that floor. Please hang on. It can only get better from here.
Take care--
Allison

Here's toasting an egg roll to you. I personally love those damn fried noodles they put out. Also, the place we go to has a great vegetarian fare, like brocolli, or a mix with seafood such as shrimp, scallops, etc.
Not making light of your alternative. I'm just there, too, and trying to get our minds off of it. Take Care.

Chose life; it will all look different good soon, if you can just hang on.

i'd go for the chinese, though personally, i prefer japanese, thai, or korean to chinese food, the problem w/ chinese is that they seem to make the food the way 'americans' would want to eat it...maybe you need a distraction, when i ask myself this question i usually take a few more xanax and down a bottle of wine, if your not the drinking type maybe you could take up a hobby like stalking minor celebrities, may i sugest Dustin Diamond, who played Screech on the godawful show Head of the Class...
anyways, get the chinese, stick in there, i know exactly how it feels.
