lets invent a new bored game

During my socialising at day hospital we usually just sit and withdraw into ourselves occasionally saying something- usually amusing ...missing the company of patients........
In desperation although it's good for everyone to comfortably be themselves the nurse suggests scrabble we moan silently but make the effort just inventing new words and no one wins cause its too complicated to add up in medzland.

Any suggestions for a new board/bored game- Psycho babble the box a pickie of Dr.Bob shirtless just wearing a tie with bounty roll background and floating pillz.
Any ideas ?

We already do play at least one bored game called Who Has The Most Obnoxious Psychiatrist?
I will work on it.
