100 worst things . . .

There’s a list of the 100 worst things to say to a depressed person on one of the Depression websites. Also I believe, there is a shorter list of good things to say.

One that I had put to me by a coworker when I returned from a hospital stay, “Well at least you don’t have a real illness.”

What more can we say?...here it all is for posterity... Now we all know where they are. Remember, however, when we want to vent, we are here...even if we repeat ourselves, ourselves
