I figured out why my bum knee suddenly got so much worse. I got a new outfit for work about 6 weeks ago - and have been wearing it to work once a week - WITH 2 INCH HEELS - DUH!!! My knee quit hurting so bad over the weekend, but I wore the outfit yesterday, and today I could hardly walk. I am still seeing the specialist on Friday, because this knee has been going south for sometime. However, I now know at least one thing to do - shoe burning in my backyard tonight.

What insight! Can I join you? We can do a spell thing, have a covent of ... , or a pack of ... !
Better yet bring the shoes my way, we'll have the bonfire at my local beach, and when the patrol shows up we'll dive into the lake!
