Hi Nikki! How are things with you these days? I can't remember - do you see a psychiatrist regularly, and is he any good? I've only ever seen one - at St George's Hopsital in London. He was very full of himself - obviously thought the sun shone out of his earoles. I didn't actually find him much help.
Anyway, just wanted to know how you were doing.

Hi Lisa..
I dunno how I am.. still stuck in the "No doc" situation, and have now been balled out by my GP and who told me she won;t help me anymore till I help myself, and by moaning about my NHS treatment I;m just trying to play the victim... I ended up in tears trying to describe how suicidal I am, and that I need to be shown how to help myself...
So, guess I'm pretty desperate right now... But off on my holiday on sunday, so focusing hard on that!! :o)

Hi Nikki, thanks for your post. Where are you going on holiday? Somewhere nice, sunny and hot, I hope! We are going to Zante on the 15th July (a Greek island), which I am really looking forward to. All that Metaxos (Greek brandy)! Yum...
Roughly, whereabouts do you live? Are you near London at all? I live in Surrey, near Richmond Park.
