Family and friends are free mentors, seek them and enjoy their riches.

Today I've made a commitment(bad word) to myself to find humor in everything. I've been much too serious for far too long. Today I commit(there it is again) to recovery and taking chances. Time to face my fears.
I'm pumping myself up for another go at therapy. ;^)

Thank you Phil for the reminder. The most important thing I want to walk away with is: "Family and Friends are free Mentors seek them and enjoy their free resources" and we have so many wonder resources on this site thanks to Dr. Bob and everyone who cares so much about each other. Thank you for reminding me of what is important. I guess the answer to my question on the above post is "Never"! Smiles, Lexie
