I do think all my mental hassle had held me back, so much energy expended to function.
Geez....
And all the stuff I've had to figure out,
Some days are better than others.

And I was thinking, just when I was gaining ground, I got a bitch-slap from life in my face and broke down again.
It never ends. The dance of forwards and back, around and around. That's why they call it work.

me too. i think there is rather a lot of that in the world. people are held back from reaching their potential in various ways because of this and that...
i like to think that we (human beings) are making some kind of progress on that... our empathy is developing... more people are happier / functioning better / achieving more and better things...
but given population explosion it is so very hard to tell
the ratio, i mean.
:(

I'm o.k. Looking forward to new therapy, and the end of summer, however bittersweet. Fall is brilliant.
Hops and melatonin? For sleep support?
During pregnancy I slept well except for the last month or so. However, even then it was peaceful.
This is the end of the thread.
