My wish for those in therapy is many moments of rapport, and only an optimal amount of rupture and repair. And no rupture without repair.
I wonder if Santa can fit in his sack some peace from anxiety and shame and depression, and a healthy dose of the good sort of growth. Maybe even some contentment and joy.

And I don't know about anyone else, but what I'd really like for Christmas is a freedom from obsessive thinking, and an ability to concentrate on the things I actually need to do.

I agree ... great wishes for all. Merry Christmas and forward movement in 2011!
I wish that therapy wasn't so important to me. And I wish that a fairy godmother lived in my home to constantly clean, pick up, put away, sort, organize and most of all - cook dinner.
