Just thinking about you and therapy, and how that is going. Has he cured your phobia yet?

Huge deadline this week. Didn't get the info anywhere near in time. Doubt I'll sleep much.

I did go to therapy, but the last couple of sessions I haven't been up to real therapy because I'm immersed in work thought. There's the downside to having a regular time. Mostly I like it, but I feel more obligated to not cancel just because I don't have anything to say.

The only mention of my phobia was the fact (knock on wood) that my son and I didn't catch my husband's bug (at least yet), so there may be an evolutionary advantage after all to emetophobia.

Mostly we chatted. About the economy, about politics, about Babble, about Daddy. It wasn't bad. My therapist enjoys my point of view, and now that he knows I won't be upset that we differ substantially he feels free to share his views, which is interesting.

It was fun and informative, but it wasn't therapy.

Thanks for asking! I should be back next week sometime.

Okay, glad you are mostly okay. So after you get your sleep caught up, lets have a welcome back Dinah party! I will bring all the junk food because, what is another couple of lbs? I am dying for some apple crip right now or a pumpkin pie blizzard! (that stuff is like sex in a cup) haha!
