Awww. Jammer. Sorry to hear that.
Are you going to try and find a different T?
You do need to process this stuff with someone if its bothering you.
Don't torment yourself :-(
I know about doing that.
Can you talk to us at all on babble?
Make it clear what you DON'T want to hear?
And mebbe we can commiserate with you?
I hate to think of you being sad.
What about your friend? Is she any help?
If you feel real bad tomorrw can you possibly phone T to touch base?
Mebbe you could do something special tomorrow at THAT time.Dunno what you might like? Manicure? Walk in the park?
I gonna try to be on chat tonite.

I don't plan on looking for a new T. I'm not sure I could talk about these things with any T. I haven't decided to never go back. I just know I'm not going tomorrow. I can't really think much beyond that. I don't see myself calling her tomorrow to touch base. Wouldn't I actually go to my appt. if that's what I wanted? I'm not trying to be sarcastic; I honestly wonder.

I love my friend; but, she's not really dependable in times of emotional need (the times I most want her, ironically). As a matter of fact, she'd probably be displeased if she knew I canceled.

It's rainy here today and I feel very much like the weather.

I dunno why you wouldn't touch base with her, other than justifiable fear :-(
Take care Jammer,
Its hard.

I wish there was some way I could help.

I can see wanting a week off from crying after such a difficult session. But I hope you can reschedule or at least schedule a regular session for next time. It really is ok to go at your own pace, and retrench if retrenching is what you need.
