my inside kids***triggerr****

two of my inside kids are dead. But they ok. They with God, and He will take care of them.
And I dunno, but mebbe they had the ugly and took it with them, so I should thank them for doing that.
And they ok with God now.
So I don't goto worry bout them.
Sometimes I get a little scared they not dead.
Isn't that awful.
But if they dead and with God thats ok.
Is that cold and unfeeling?
What if they not dead?
What if I am turning my back on them.
Letting them suffer while we mosey along with our petty little quarrels.
But even if they not dead, they could be with God.
I was gonna tell my T this, but I dunno.
I don't think she too pleased w/my people somehow.
Kinda weirds her out.
My people don't weird me out.
But this dead one thing does.
So if it weirds me.....
I goto shut up.
Too much on my mind.
I am vomiting all my craziness on babble.
Sorry.
It just is hard to maintain the 'facade'.
The reasonably well adjusted middle class mother.
I use humour alot.
To cover.
Stuff.
Sh*t anyways.

I'm sorry things are so hard for you. I don't really have any advice, except to remind you that your T seems to have handled most things well, so I think you should give her a chance to help you with this.

Muffled. you won't scare her away.

she'll be there for you.

remember the time when she came to get you when you were hiding in the hallway?

she was smiling.

she knows where to find you. she wants to help you find yourself too.

Yes, I know all about the fear. I can't tell you the number of times I've had similar fears about my T. And yet, in 21 1/2 years, she's never let me down. Not in any huge way. I think your T might be the same...

I've heard that parts can't die. Regardless of how separate they feel, they are still a part of *you*, a part of your mind. Therefore they can't die.

Not sure if I think that is right or not. But what I do believe is that it would be possible for parts to lie very very low. Hide in a box in the very back dark corner. For you they may be in a very secret, very safe, very dark cave. Not game to let their presence be known at all.

Even if they feel dead, maybe they're just in a coma with a very faint heartbeat. Too faint to detect.

Maybe the best thing you can do for them is to let them know you care about them (whether dead or alive) and just give them space and time. So they feel free to come back whenever they want to.

Definately talk to your T about it. Even if it does feel real gooby.
