My T said she cared about me.
I have been such an idiot lately and she still said that.
And maybe???????? she actually means it?
Been going weekly for well over a year, mebbe 1 1/2 year more like.
Maybe I can trust her????????????
God, it is SO hard.
Hard to trust.
Hard to conceive of anybody actually really caring.
Bizzarre.
Maybe I'm not a piece of sh*t????????
Oh, I just wish I could beleive this stuff.
Mebbe I will someday.
Or mebbbe one time I'll push my T too hard and she'll bail on me :-(

and I was and am afraid he won't be there in 20 days

And you aint been an idiot. Not by a long shot.
And trust is hard, so very hard. Trusting ourselves especially so.Aint the least bit bizzare to me that she'd care about you cause your pretty darn careaboutable to me.

yeah, all Damos said and more! It took me a long time to trust my T. Look at all the times I quit and my T still takes me back. What is your T like?

Seems silly, but I guess its ok for now.
I'm learning to accept stuff more.

My T is a very, very nice lady. Very gentle and kind. She don't really push me enough I don't think, but thats ok. Really, its up to me.
Yeah, there's been ups and downs, but she's very consistant in her caring.

It's good you have a t who will come right out and tell you she cares. You are so hard on yourself muffy...it's good to have someone you know cares, and she won't bail, I'm sure......ask her. Does she do time limited therapy.....or does she have some clients for years. feels better when we know they're not going to kick us out.

We were onto boundaries today. UGH! Hate boundary stuff.

Yeah, I'm okay - thanks for asking! ; ) I had an appt. today too, and didn't feel so great afterwards either - getting into stuff that feels to threatening. Not boundary stuff, but old stuff.
