The Test

Posted by Daniella Red on December 15, 2004, at 3:51:13

I would like to introduce myself to you. You should see that my name is Daniella Red. That is not my name. I use the alias of Daniella to carry out my test. I am screwing with people's minds all over the world with this name. Getting inside people's minds and screwing around is a hobby of mine. I have always been intelligent and have been able to get people to do what I want but I have been thinking of a few things that are not right in the world. I am here to set things right. Even though to do this I have to mentally destroy a few people, in the end it gets things put right. I am currently administering a test on a group of five individuals but I will not disclose the nature of this test as that could jeopardize it. If you see the name Daniella Red anywhere I warn you to not talk to me as I will simply use you in one of my experiments.

Thankyou and have a good day

Could you identify what the things are that {are not right in the world} and how you intend to {set things right}? If you could, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.

Hullo Dani,
I'm the Cheshire Cat. Sort of like Jim Morrison being the Lizard King, but more, well, cat-like than lizard-like, I suppose. Actually, now that I think of it, the two have nothing in common at all. So ignore that last bit. Sorry. So easy to get off on tangents sometimes. Thing is, we've all figured out what your test is and who you're administering it to and everything. The math section was a little tricky, but the verbal part was a piece of cake. So it's kind of a bust. Sorry to be the one to have to break the news to you. I guess what I don't understand is why you'd use your REAL name, Daniella Red, to launch your global scheme instead of an alias. I've already located you on Yahoo People Finder. You'd best come up with a proper alias, like Dr. Atomic or something. Ta. ;) Atticus (not my real name)

Well it figures you'd find the verbal part the easiest ATTICUS, I found it a bit more difficult than the math, but in it's entirety it *was* disappointingly simple. I was up for a bit of excitement it's been such long dull day.
OH, don't I feel the fool still talking to you, you seem to have dissappeared.

I was just being facetious, Lou. I was kidding around throughout my response. There is no math test. Despite the fact that The Carrot (an attempt by Babblers to communicate with a new poster whose intentions are unclear and might be perceived as aggresive) and The Stick (punishment by Dr. Bob using a PBC or a block) are probably the most common forms of response to a post like that of Daniella Red, I think The Grin can be helpful, too -- using a little playful absurdist humor to see if that lightens the situation. I'd never do it in a serious post where someone was talking about hurting himself or herself. It's just that, to my mind, sometimes tension rises on PB because people get a little too intense. No, my grin's still here up in the tree, Gabbi. But I have to agree with you. I'd really expected a test that made me sweat a little more. But at least finals are over and we can tuck into the holidays with abandon, now. Cheers. Atticus

Daniella Red,
Are you affiliated with a university in relation to your{test on five individuals}?. If so, is it a university in the far West?
If {test on 5 individuals} is not affilliated with a university, where would the results go, if anyplace?
You wrote,[...{expletive}with people's minds...{with this name}...]. Do you mean that your name is on other places where you do this test or do you mean that your name causes something to people's minds or something else?
In reserch, sometimes a color is designated in a group of reserchers , like I could be called Louis Blue. Is this what you mean?
Lou

D R,
Sometimes in a group, the field of study that the people are in could be represented by a color. Math could be blue, zoology could be green, chemistry could be yellow and so forth. If this is what you are referring to as "red", what is your particular field of study? If this is not what the "red" in your name is about, could you clarify its significance, if any?

hmm, your right, I shouldn't use my real name. That is why I don't use my real name. Daniella is used to show Italian background, and Red is used to show the name of a company which if found COULD stop what I'm doing, but the chances of that are none. I have not yet read all your posts but I can say: yes, I should get help, yes, I am for real, and no, I am not crazy, I am very disturbed.

I love to be experimented upon (that was how I was born) Please choose me for your experiment.

Hullo Dr. Atomic,
Just to make sure I've got this clear: Daniella Red is your REAL name, but you plan to, on second thought, launch your plans for international experimentation under the more proper and menacing-sound pseudonym of "Dr. Atomic" (not your real name). Are you aware that the company you mentioned that could stop you, Red Bull energy drinks, tumbled to this whole thing months ago? (They never miss anything because they don't sleep much at that place; too much Red Bull down the ol' gullet, I expect. They all quiver like struck piano wires all the time. Bloody hard to look 'em in the eye while talking to 'em. But I digress.) Anyway, now that your test has been officially scuttled on PB by the Big Lord Kahuna, himself, Dr. Bob, who also never misses anything (he's a pixie; see photo at top of page), you've probably got a bit of time on your hands. Care to talk about something else? Ta. ;) Atticus (also not your real name)

Dr. Atomic,
You should probably post any reply on the Social page, as we've strayed a bit from psychology at this point. Once there, you could also reintroduce yourself as Dr. Atomic, evoking the proper aura of awe and mystery. I'd redirect this thread myself, but I've none of Dr. Bob's pixie dust handy. ;) Atticus
