I wrote my last therapist in my entire lifetime another quick note today. I'm not allowed to phone anymore. So I'm being cut off, in the nicest way, of course. I think I might've spend the last year keeping my own transference alive, giving it a life of its own so to speak. Whatever. I'm growing up, here. Thanks everybody for not slamming me.

Yes, it was the best thing for me. He cut me off entirely. Now I have a life again, but I still adore him although it's nice to be thinking about him less. I'll have trouble understanding myself, I guess, all my life. I'm calmer these days, off my meds entirely, and seeming able to handle that. I have my fingers crossed and am monitoring my depressive states, because they seem to be closely tied into anger. And my anger comes a lot from denial and frustration. I hope my Babble friends will remain with me.
