I posted yesterday with this problem ,I have had boughts of major depression for 10 to 15 years also with chronic pain,I have take so many ad's I cant list them, but when I get depressed,I tend to quit taking my pain meds ,quit drinking caffine, and beat my self up for doing this,when i take my pain meds,I feel much better physically and mentally,actually feel normal,why do I quit taking these things and should i start back on my pain meds and caffine or just go thru life miserable.What causes me to do this .I have neck pain knee pain and headaches,but I feel as though I dont want to take these meds although my gp anf pdoc tell me they are necessary,I dont like thinking I need this stuff to survive, I have suicidal thoughs that are very scary,when i don't take them, what should I do?????
