My wife suffers from chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia and is on 50mg Zoloft for anxiety. It has helped her a lot over the past 18 months. Previously she tried Paxil but that didn't work as well. She has gone down to 50mg from an original dose of 100.
The only major issue is total lack of libido on her part. I've read that Celexa may be a better medication in that respect, and one assumes that Lexapro might be better again.
Is there any hard data on which SSRI has the least effect on libido? Is Lexapro really any different?
What is the equivalent dose of 50mg Zoloft in Celexa or Lexapro?

I should point out that we are aware of the Cel/Wel combo for libido but reluctant to add more meds.
My wife is also starting a course of Neurontin to help with CFS/FM related pain, and that seems to be working well.
