~~massive, tons of mouse-clicking - daily!?
~~many, many walks to the bathroom - (meds, age, too much coffee/soda/tea) ?

~~pAcing around when anxious, muttering to God and/or my T. ? (like T. can hear me 2000 miles away!)
~~bending to pick up a chip or cracker I dropped?

--okay, okay - those don't count :-(

{sorry sid, I know you were serious, but I couldn''t resist - haven't properly exercised for over 4 years - stuck in a fat and lazy rut}

oh and how could I forget

ROFLMAO! Those are so funny!

I just joined the Y. I do the elliptical, the stationary bike, the treadmill, stairs and lift some weights. I also stretch and do some pushups and squats and stuff.

It makes me feel good. I haven't exercised in a long time. I'm going to get into shape.

Can't wait to be able to do a pullup.

I'll tell. No Babbler last 4 years has been able to topple my record - that is, no one willing to say so...

October 1995.

No, not a typo - that makes 13+ years.

's'okay, though. God gave us a lot of amazing and wondrous gifts in this life. "Sexercise" is just one of those. I don't believe we all have access to all the gifts, at any given time in life, you know?

Where there's life, there's hope for a change in circumstances. I'm still completely alive!

And besides, it really IS like riding a bicycle, so I'll be fine, right?

Right?
Right?

hey, is there an echo in here???

{now go ahead everyone - go off and laugh at me and say to yourself: "Damn!}

And to think...(aka Poster's Remorse)

{{walks away, hiding face, kicking own butt and muttering, "idiot, idiot..."}}
