Best Supplement for Social Phoiba -Help

Can you please please tell me in what order you will try to treat a patient with social phobia?

Do you know efficient combos? Passion Flower + Ginger? no rigth?

Im gonna eat all supplements , I just want to hear some opinions about the most popular and what do you think??

I've found that niacinamide is helpful for anxiety, at least over the long haul (not so much short-term--you might want to see about an Rx tranquilizer for immediate relief).

Anyway, I used to take 6grams daily (2grams, 3xdaily), now I'm down to 3grams plus 6 grams taurine and some other stuff. I feel OK.

Is gotu kola any use for you, Tep?

Basically, I wonder what is useful for social phobia. All I can think of is drugs of abuse...alcohol, cocaine....you get my drift?

I'm wondering if the up and down quality of Xanax is unhelpful to you and is making you feel frightened as it wears off (and you are not alone in your room).

When I have been on Xanax it seems to wear off so damn quickly. So even though Xanax is a better effect, I do better on a little Valium. And because I end up taking less, I feel better.

So I'm wondering if there are supplements to help with the up and down quality of being on Xanax.

Do you have herb shops where you are? You are near some interesting herbs. Mulungu is one. I have not tried it but I would.

Tep, why not try to get hold of some gabapentin?

300mg (1 cap) with the smallest effective dose of Xanax should be helpful.

It's easier to get hold of than Xanax. It's OTC in Vietnam and Nepal. You should be able to get it OTC in Mexico.

Niacinamide? I will include this on my list...
Its difficutl to find these kinds of supplements here . Sometimes I travel to US and you found all the this suplements very easy . Here in Mex I can barely see St Johs worth .5Htp and in the last days Gotu kola... , I have been able to find Ginger Root , Kava and all that stuff... its not common here..

Well I just Feel at the beggining a little bit of calm . Like if my mind where in slow pace so I cant think better and focus a little bit more. Think clearly want I wanted to say. But maybe it was just a plcabo effect. I dint have this benefit always , it went away... and never return even after increasing the dose. Rare

No sorry , you mean to help me using cocaine?
I have think to use alcohol as desperate treatment , it help me more than the meds...
Ive never tried any drug la cocaine or mariguana, neither opiods... mmmm Im not used to them. I dont even like to smoke

Mulungu?? never heard of it before. Its that a herb like mariguana or something like that. is it sold on pills sigsi?

Sounds interesting Sigsi.... Gabapentin is called lyrica rigth? Can I take Xanax and this one at the same time?

Try manganese. Works better than any other supplement for me for SP. 10-20 mg daily or whenever you need a boost.

No no,of course not, Tep.

What I meant was that if you think of the drugs that people use to be sociable with, they are mainly illegal drugs like cocaine/speed/ecstasy except for alcohol.
And (I think) any drug that is good for social phobia is likely to become a drug of abuse.

Mulungu is a herb from the Amazon basin somewhere. It is some kind of sedative.

No, gabapentin was marketed as Neurontin and is now generic as well.

Pregabalin is Lyrica and is, I have heard, similar but quite a lot stronger and with more serious side effects.

It sounds far too radical/strong to me.

I read about someone who was driving a car(!) on Lyrica and when he came to a stop sign he waited until it changed colour.

And someone else who could not work out how to get out of the lift in which they were travelling because they were so interested in the lights showing the floors they were on.

Abolishes SP, so they say, as you might expect.

I've found high dose B6 (150-200mg) taken before a social event may help in alleviating some of the social phobia. Others may be B12 or Niacin, but I find for me, the B6 works the best. Also, there is Kava Kava, which can help somewhat with social phobia.
