Can anyone help me figure out how much of my vitex tincture I would need to take in order for it to work as a dopamine agonist? I was taking requip which helped my mood so much but made me so sick and was so excited to find out that there was something natural that I have taken before and is in my cabinet, and doesn't make me sick that would maybe take its place! My tincture is herb pharm chaste tree (dry herb/menstruum ratio: 1:4) It says on the bottle to take 3040 drops, but for a DA, does anyone know how much I would need? Thanks!

HI, I take 50 mg L phenylalanine along with b6 in a b complex and it raised my dopamine.Phenylalanine converts to tyrosine then L-dopa followed by dopamine which in turn converts to norepinephine and epinephrine . I was told by my doctor to be sure not to take dl form of phenylalanine because it would have the opposite effect.
