Has anyone here ever tried Jujube for sleep or anxiety? I've read some good stuff about it. I just ordered some from Swanson Vitamins as customers gave it good reviews. The best natural stuff I ever found for anxiety was Taurine. It's been awhile since I've been here, but was curious what others have found!
thanx!

There's a user experience with Swanson Jujube at the bottom of this link >

You should find more information about Jujube here >

I haven't tried jujube on it's own, I have tried Albizzia which I liked, it's quite subtle but calming.
Also Mulungu and Graviola are other herbs to look at as well. A combination of both is supposed to be very good for treating anxiety. I will try Mulungu once it's back in stock, seems to be a shortage at reputable dealers at the moment.

yes, I'd read that on Ray's site. I am waiting for it to be delivered. Thankfully, my anxiety has gotten better in the past few days, but I like alternatives if it flares up again!
Thanks!

There's zizyphus jujuba and zizyphus spinosa.
I'm unclear about the differences.
I think the seed of zizyphus spinoza is active as a sedative.
It's hard to buy cheaply. High dose...you need lots.
This is the end of the thread.
