i started taking resveratrol again a week or so back. i think it's affecting my sleep. i was also having tinnitus.

i saw on another board that resveratrol might deplete copper (via chelation). i've heard copper is important in metabolizing norepinephrine, etc. so when i couldn't sleep last night, i took some copper.

didn't help the sleep much, but the tinnitus went away after a couple hours(!).

the tinnitus started way back when i started zinc supps (too much zinc also impairs copper utilization)...

oh well, perhaps if i can properly time the res-copper dosing, i can take resveratrol and sleep too...

Interesting.

20mg first thing in the morning is OK with me, and maybe 40 is too.

But I have wondered.

What reversatrol do you take , I've been wanting to try it(other than in foods/port etc). Also where do you source it?
