Not sure I'm allowed to ask this......
Which brands of SAM-e work & which should I steer clear from. Its not the cheapest supplement and of course no-one likes wasting money. So if you've found a good effective brand, or found a particular brand to be 'sugar pills' then please share.
Some brands (ie Jarrow) I know are popular but it doesn't mean thier SAM-e is good so please only comment on them if you've used thier SAM-e.

I liked the Jarrow Formulas stuff a lot. Took two of the 400mg tablets for a long time. It was *definitely* better than Doctor's Best.
The most recent Consumer Labs testing found nearly all current SAM-e brands to contain what they said they did on the package, though. If you have a question about a specific brand, I'll see if Consumer Labs has anything to say about it.
