I've tried every AD out there, I think! I feel great on most of the SSRIs, but they cause terrible bladder problems for me (neurgenic bladder?, pressure, pain, frequency, etc.) I just can't tolerate the phyical pain of the SSRIs.
Are there any alternatives, such as SAMe or St. John's Wort that will help with my serotonin without the bladder problems?
I'm thinking of trying SAMe.
I need help with this depression thing!

Have you had test in case you have a bladder infection (long term infection that is)
