Holosync

I'm trying Centerpointe Holosyn. It's a meditation inducer causing alpha, theta and delta brain waves by binaural sound through headphones. Has anyone any experience of it?

Hi Fred
Yeah, sort of, someone burned me a disc. Nice bells. Seemed peaceful. I didn't sign up for the whole program or anything.

yeah that's what I thought. Peaceful etc, but now I've returned to a state of anxiety and depression and they're trying to tell me this is a result of the system and I'm about to break through to a new mental level. To me it's the same old thing again

I have used the Centerpoint system since 2004 and am finishing Level 2 this month. I will admit I have done it the lazy way, in bed at night and fall asleep while listening. Not really the recommended way, but all I felt I could fit into my schedule. I have taken it slow and easy. The most profound affect I could tell is my "insight" into problems/situations changed dramatically in the first level. I seem to be able to see clearly situations I find myself in. That is not to say I still do not make wrong decisions in how I handle some things; but the improvement was dramatic. I also sleep extremely well, with no nightmares etc. I have an inner peace that is at least equal to any religious experience I have ever had. My mind seems sharper than ever in my life. Memory continues to improve all the time. Within the last 4 months I have quit taking anti-depressants, after 15 years of use. I think the Holosync helped "heal my brain" if that is possible.

As an aside: I gave my set to my boyfriend who started listening to the "relaxing bells" to fall asleep. As an interested party I've seen his "mood" and decision making improve dramatically over the last year. He refused meds or even the idea that he was depressed. He was. He knows nothing of the technology behind the bells, but is certainly reaping the benefits.

I know this post is long and Holosync may not be for everyone; but it has improved my life and I am thankful I found it. I will continue to use it and "no" I don't work for the company ( :
