I have been taking these three for a little while now. It seems like a very good combination.

How much Inositol are you taking? I'm currently using about 12 grams a day. Have been for almost five weeks now.

What are your benifits from Inositol?
How much do you take of SJW + Fish Oil + Inositol?

Another good combination is
SJW(600 mg) + Fish Oil(4 gram) + TMG(200 mg) + MSM (100 mg) + Flax seed oil (5 ml)

I am taking about 2 grams of inositol. Inositol acts as a second messenger at certain serotonin norepephrine acetylcholine and certain dopamine receptors.

I am only taking about 300mg of SJW, but I did notice that the mood brightening effects of the SJW were certainly enhanced after taking the inositol.

Thanks link

-me, fishoil different brands (NSI Mega EFA Omega-3 EPA & DHA, Mega Twin EPA Fish Oil 60 softgels from Twinlab, Golden Alaska deep Sea) approx. EPA 600 mg
DHA 240 mg daily.

-swimming in a lake (26 degree) some miles sometimes bicycling (on treadmill) because there's to much smoke particles, allergens

-i do not hesitate to use ketazolam (compared to diazepam a rolls-royce, there's one bad metabolite in diazepam which is in ketazolam only in very tiny concentrations), clonazepam when needed during emotional shocks.

I did some other experiments with hypericum, orange juice and clonazepam, diazepam.

I will continue to do some other alternative combinations. After testing Q10 on skin it proved to be "active" in cells. Will see what it does orally.

kind regards

sdb

Don't you get problems with insomnia from taking 1200mg EPA, 800 mgDHA?

I only tolerate 1200 mg EPA/DHA.

I've been taking 12 grams of Inositol a day and sometimes I notice an overwhelming feeling of sleepiness. However it's certainly better than feeling like everything is happening at 1,000mph.

Do you feel tired everytime you take Inositol?

DOnt really notice until after taking it a week or so, until it builds up. Seemed to happen even with just a gram or 2 a day. Then it took a week off of it to start feeling much energy again.
It was helping me but the sideffect made it not worth it.
Part of my trouble is I feel understimulated and spacey anyway. Anything that seems to help with my mood makes me more spacey. Havent found anything that helps me with the spaciness; all the herbs and aminos recommended for that just make me anxious as hell and, if anything, make it harder to think clearly.

Too much noradrenaline and you may feel anxious, jittery etc.

Too little and you may feel depressed, sedated, dizzy, have low blood pressure etc.

Found that info on this site >

http://www.nmhct.nhs.uk/pharmacy/moa-mirt.htm

Anyway with regard to how my Inositol trial is going check my post on this thread >

For how long period of time did you try Inositol?
Usually it takes at least two weeks to get anti depressive effect from supplements.

My experience is that most effective supplements do not work right away and may actually worsen depression initially.
