i had between 100 and 300mg at a time several times (it wasn't exact because it's the bulk powder but it was roughly accurate) and never noticed anything. Why is this?
Please provide others' experiences with it if you can.
Btw, if it's important, i got the stuff from beyond-a-century.com. i don't think it's the source though, as the rhodiola and inositol i got from them seem quite legitimate.

It had an effect on me when I took the higher dose, whatever that was (I forget) but all it did was to make me feel agitated. In the lower dose it didn't do anything much. It sounded good too.

DAng it! It DID sound good! Why were all those people hyping it up so much if it doesn't do jAck???Maybe there weren't that many people w/ personal anecdotes just talking up how it should work. i can't remember. But yeah i'm ticked.
(and it's really kind of frusterating not being able to use certain words here. but oh well i understand it).

Yeah, QM, in the lower doses it didn't do too much at all, and higher doses made me agitated. And some of those things work for me. Theanine seems to suit me at 400mg whenever. I could eat it by the spoonful if it was cheaper. Maybe Beyond a Century is the way to go? The LEF theanine is fairly expensive.

Yeah, i think Beyond a Century is pretty favorable, especially if you want a good amount for a good cheap price-- and you don't mind/ prefer bulk herb/supplement powder.
