So I tried a mere 100mg of Mg Glyciinate today. Three hours later, wooo, look out, super energy, jitters, almost to the panic attack level. It could have been because I only took 1mg xanax today instead of 1.5.
But it felt extremely serotonergic to me. I did not feel gaba ergic or NMDA antagonist or anything that's been discussed on these threads. Does anyone know, does magnesium glycinate affect serotonin?

Its more likely to be xanax thing... or just something else. Quantities of 400mg - 800mg is where you'll notice something. Just my opinion.
