What sort of effects does cinammon have? Did you mention before that it had MAO inhibiting actions ???

> LinkadgeI'm not aware of any MAO activities. It helps regulate glucose sensitivity in response to fructose overload, and it inhibits some liver enzymes. Not sure where you're going with this.
Can you not get an MAOI from a doctor? Is that the issue?

No, I heard that it had some potent activity as a GSK-3b inhibitor, I was just wondering how cluttered this effect might be with other effects.

> LinkadgeThe only main effect of cinnamon I know of is this insulin-mimetic effect that includes GSK-3b inhibition. There are a couple of minor cytochrome inhibitions, but not anything that would stand in the way of using it.
