lithium orotate debate...
i am especially interested in orotate vs aparatate versions of lithium....
i like the orotate, but at the moment apartate is cheaper and easier for me to getthnks

> joebobhello there, chemist here...pllease forgive me for my extensive delay. i can't think of any reason to take one salt over the other, except that the aspartate one might modulate the excitatory E/D pathway, and the orotate might help in RNA synthesis, although you need aspartate, too, for the RNA synthesis and either way i'm not sure that the orally administered salts would be bioavailable for these functions. in short, my opinion is that you should go with the salt that is cheapest and most effective......apologies for the delay, and again, all the best, chemist
