Anyone experimented with folate/B12 supplements?

There seems to be a good deal of research suggesting a folate deficiency in individuals with psychiatric disorders.

This true but do you have a folate shortage.Too much is not good for you.Folate is vital for DNA repair.This my be how it helps depression.No one knows for sure.

Did anyone else read those? I find them hard to read. It seems that they're mostly saying it's not so much the folate but it's the B12.
