It flashes so quickly that I haven't gotten a really good look at it. And I can't seem to capture it - I only get the other one. If you managed to capture it, can you email it to me?

Is that what it is? I see something pressing against him. Is it papers? Dratted "save as" isn't fast enough to save the flashing picture.
However, I do trust Dr. Bob. And to me, trusting someone sometimes means choosing not to believe what your eyes tell you until you have a chance to hear what they have to say. It would be so enormously out of character for Dr. Bob to do something against the civility rules, that it is far easier for me to believe that I'm seeing wrong. Especially since I'm seeing it so briefly, but probably even if I got a good look at it.
And Dr. Bob, I do trust you to my toes. But even though I'm sure it's totally innocent, would you mind replacing it? If not with a striptease, then hmmm.... You could do it with a fliporama type (see Captain Underpants books) animation of sticking your tongue out at us and wiggling your fingers in your ears, orrrr giving us a big grin after being solemn, or maybe a hug?

Hi all,
Emmy is getting doggie therapy right now. She plans to stay away until the pic changes. Hope that's not incentive for Dr. Bob to leave it up... ;)By the way, it looks like an electric razor or some other electrical device to me. But then again, it flashes so quickly, it's hard to see.

hi, gg, that's strange..on my computer, it doesn't flash real quick...i see him holding a gun to his head *very* clearly..there's no mistaking it..i am really concerned that dr. bob might do something...

It looks to me like a pile of books are hitting Dr. Bob under the chin. I bet if we saw the whole picture rather than this close-of up the books hitting him and quickly knocking his head to the side, it would make sense to us. As it plays now, though, it lends itself to too much misinterpretation. My guess is that the effect was unintended but I think it should be replaced ASAP!!!

just looked at it again (my heart drops every time i see it). whether it's an actual gun or not, i don't know, but i think dr. bob definitely meant for it to look like one...there really is no other interpretation for this..i am really a bit freaked, here...
i don't think people make jokes like this unless there's a reason behind it...

Wow...I do see a gun now..the pic flashes so fast..I can understand how horryfying it could be..sorry I was jokey..but my first perception was bob just being silly.

He has seemed in fine fettle in recent posts and emails. No reason to think that's changed.
I've emailed him asking him to come here and clear things up, just in case he checks his emails before he checks this board.

It flashes for a bit, but when it stops flashing, it's on the 'bad' picture. I really can't see what the black object is, with any certainty, but gosh darn it looks like the handle of a knife.

It's hard to comment on it with the flashes I've seen.

yeah, it's either a knife or a gun..whatever it is, it's some kind of weapon..the message is the same...it's meant as a suicide gesture, this is clear..

It stops flashing after about 5 times until you refresh the page. Then it's back.
This is really disturbing. I actually leaped back in my chair.
Maybe someone hacked the file and threw this in.
