SRI/SNRI only cause's major anxiety/aggression4me

So....I have my Effexor down to 37.5mg's. My past 12 years on first Prozac, then Effexor, has been mostly a wasted 12 years on these drugs that just caused major anxiety and aggression. The only antidepressants that don't cause these things are my bedtime meds, amitriptyline and mirtazepine. I tried Trintellix, and same thing as Eff/Proz. I take 1mg of risperidone 2x a day, and Nozanan, a mild typical antipsychotic at bedtime and PRN for stomach pain/nausea, and have added 2mg's of Abilify. Oh, plus I take clonazepam, clonidine, carbamazepine, and Lyrica for mood stabilization. And, no more Vyvanse/stims.

Plus, I have regularly added magnesium, and it helps amazingly. With a small bit of antidepressant, some good anti-psychs, and the mood stabalizers (plus magnesium), I am slowly starting to feel like I actually get some enjoyment out of life! The thing is I lost almost 12 years of my life trying to get here! :( I had done alright previous, on antidepressants, for almost 20 years. But these 12 years....damn.

Any comments/thoughts greatly appreciated!!

Jay
