i'm torn between stopping adderal 5mg 2x daily because it seems at the 2-3 hour time it gives me a headache but on the other hand get some focus any thoughts

or could it be the 3.123 of coreg i take at 7am ....the adderal at 8 am

when i was younger adderall gave me headache too, it's stimulant when it wore off i had headahe, tenex and clondine are suggestions.
