I had some mild sexual side effects. Very mild compared to any other antidepressants. I think it's a great med and probably under utilized in psychiatry. But I disagree with the dosing guidelines for it. That's because I've seen plenty of stories where someone did pretty well with a low dose but not so well with a high dose. And the other way around also. So it has a wide variation of dosing from one person to another. That can make it tricky to find the sweet spot. I don't remember my dose because it was some years ago. But I do remember it was lower than the lowest dose - I had make custom doses for myself.
It seems like some people can feel it right away - good, bad, whatever - they can feel something, but then there are some people who don't feel hardly anything. So it really varies a lot.

Fairly balanced SNRI! Definitely worth a try.
