i have a really bad headache, i took 1500 of the l-tyrosine and my head feel so freaking strained, i had coffee with it, ughh god i really im irrtible......
tyrosine makes dopamine but for some reason it makes me irrtible and in a slight manic state

It's been a long time since I've taken l-tyrosine -- the last time was probably a few years before the onset of my psychotic symptoms. I do recall noticing increased feelings of irritability on the amino acid, but I don't think that I got the headache. Perhaps l-tyrosine might not mix so well with the medications that you're taking?
