Is it common?
Is it permanent?

Not to me.... Maybe being female is different?
My highest dose of Quetiapine (Seroquel) was 1.000 mg... Libido returned, with a little help of testosterone, to normal once I had titrated down to 50 mg.
Maybe these things also depend on age...
Just my 2 cents.

hi. Just jumping in here, sorry.
How did you taper from 1 gram seroquel? That's...well, to me that's a scary high dose (no offense).

Yep, dose was pretty scary, would fall asleep as soon as I hit the couch! Dose was gradually ramped up after psych Dr prescribed too much T3, he thought it might stave off depression. It did, but made my anxiety go through the roof.
I was only on 1.000 mg Seroquel for approx 1 month, then I threw out T3. Cut the Seroquel by 100 mg each week, until it was at 250mg. From there it took a couple of months to go down to 50 mg.
