Just a thought - this is an invasive procedure with questionable results, which seems to be not being done much now. Before you try that, how about trying deep TMS, which is not invasive, and has been receiving some good reports? A lot less hard on you, and better possible outcome.

What about medical marijuana? I don't know if it's offered in Tennessee. Worth a look. I'm sure you've tried marijuana. Hopefully no bad reaction. I use small doses and it helps my depression.

Hi, I have not heard anything good about Vagus Nerve Stimulation. It barely works better than the placebo from what I've read. Good luck to you.

I haven't read any experiences with VNS. But with Marijuana, i have tried it a few times and it juat made me feel a lil funny. i don't think i got the full experience of it though. i tried ot while my mood was in the shape it has been in. basically my brain doesn't react to things the same way it used to. i don't really experience the funny drunk feeling after drinking lots of alcohol. nor do i experience meds such as Adderall like i used to. so marijuana doesn't have much of an effect on my mood. i never smoked marijuana before i ended up in the depressed shape ve been in, so I'm really not sure how much id like it.

Deep TMS is reportedly more effective than regular TMS. Do they offer it where you are?

If you go through with it, please share your experience with it on here. I'd really appreciate it.
