latuda, it's just a dream

Posted by Phil on February 13, 2014, at 20:16:57

$800 a month would put me in Medicare no mans land. so it's seroquel and dystonia which is one of the most painful conditions i've ever had. taking a shower is nearly impossible. i take clonzapine for that. this morning i added 4 ibuprofen.
he's pulling me off of lithium because it sucks vitamins out of your body.(i know that's technical) at least i'll be able to write again. Actually i'm curious about the lithium.
i have to look at the bright side, given time latuda will suck like all the rest.
I would have asked more questions but i was slurring words so bad i couldn't understand me.
30 years looking for that magic pill. what a racket. i'll save you time. it ain't out there.

I always push this on people, but...Orthomolecular? I do it with my meds. If nothing else, I don't get stiff gait and that glassy eyed, drugged up stare that I used to get off all antipsychotics.

Phil you must fit the criteria for obtaining Latuda through a drug plan coverage for your Medicaid? Isn't this what you have. If not forgive me. What's this about lithium and sucking vitamins? Phillipa

I'm pretty sure I could meet every criteria but i'm not on medicaid i'm on ssdi-medicare. doc mentioned folic acid b12 and one other. I don't know exactly what he said.

I get SSDI too, low income, but I don't qualify for Medicaid. My income isn't low enough, hence I have Medicare but no Part D drug coverage.

That stinks. Won't the Drug Company do anything at all? I mean if no one can afford the med how do they even get reviews on it? Phillipa

Phil if you don't own a home, have no job, only get a limited Disability or is it high? Then you should qualify for medication help? Phillipa
