I come to this board for Help. My background I take 300 MG of effexor for the last week, and 250 weeks before. The raise in effexor from 225 to 300 did not effect this. At 225mg I started with the social phoiba I mean i cant even go to the store.
What do i do? What can help? Im willing to do my 5

If raising the dose doesn't work, you could try lowering it.
You could augment with some sort of gabaergic medication.

How many weeks total have you been on Effexor?
Social Phobia might respond better to a benzodiazapine.
