I take 20. I used to take 30. Both doses work well. 30 was more tranquilizing, good for agitation.

I've taken as high as 35 (30mgs tablet plus a 5mgs sample tablet). The literature has case reports of much higher...I seem to recall reading a case with 60mgs for psychotic depression. The tablets are made up to 30 and the FDA approved up to 30.

Not.
Mileage varies.
To me 5mg is dangerous.
Bad things did happen in trials to a small percentage of patients, but that is the same with just about all the trials.
25mg is a reasonable dose
