The psychiatrist I'm seeing now and those I've seen seem not to understand this or dismiss it as making excuses.
I don't know. I can get up and go to work, but I get there as late as permitted. I go to sleep as soon as I get home. Wake up hours later. Sleep a second time starting at 4 am. Ad lib my clock is at least 25 hours.
This is a problem for my brother and two cousins. It's been a problem since age 13.
Whom do I see for this or is it nothing?

About how many hours sleep do you get per day?
(are you sleeping too much, too little, or about right but at odd times)?
