Namenda for GAD

Posted by Beckett on August 2, 2013, at 0:11:47

Tomorrow I start Namenda for GAD. Twice a day at a low dose to see how I tolerate it.

Anyone here have experience with it?

Thanks,

B

Well, it can aggravate insomnia at certain doses and did with me.
Otherwise I would be more interested.

my pdoc was going to give me Namanda for ADHD with the Nuvigil, it never happened because i got referred to a nurse practitioner that works for her...

after that i've just been on Nuvigil but you may want to ask about Buspar with it....

it is a cognitive improvement drug....its used for mental decay in altimers disease....but also used for other things too...

I'm pretty well-versed on Namenda. It worsened my anxiety, but from my understanding that isn't very common. Make sure you take it at exactly the same time each day! If you have any questions about side-effects feel free to babblemail me.
